Features & Benefits

SK40 is a relatively new type of ball valve. It has some unique advantages, such as frictionless switches, not easily worn seals, and small opening and closing torque. This can reduce the specifications of the equipped actuator. It’s equipped with a multi-turn electric actuator, and the medium can be adjusted and tightly cut off.

  • A. Connection

    High platform or yoke under actuator can be selected, which allows to install electric/pneumatic actuators by different standards.

  • B. Gland

    The gland effectively protects the internal packing, thus preventing the medium from leaking out from the stem.

  • C. Packing

    As a common packing material, flexible graphite is cheap, easy to replace and can bear high & low temperature.

  • D. Stem

    Different materials can be selected according to working conditions.

  • E. Disc

    Semi-circular channel has no friction when opening and closing. The seal is not easy to wear, and the opening and closing torque is small. The resistance is small when the valve is opened, and the reinforced design of the sphere makes the sphere not easily deformed. The V-shaped structure segment has a cutting effect.

  • F. Body

    The segmented ball valve is suitable for medium with high flow and no vibration.

  • G. Sealing Ring

    The sealing ring ensures the lower sealing of the valve, and the medium will not leak from the lower end cover.

  • H. Seat

    Single seat design, wedge-shaped sealing structure to ensure sealing performance.
