Features & Benefits

SG73-B is one-piece structure, and its economical semi-lug cast body design offers durable performance in applications ranging from general purpose to severe mediums. Available with replaceable soft seat, these series are easily automated for on/off applications.

  • A. Handwheel

    The ductile iron handwheel is more durable. The right size makes the handwheel rotate more labor-saving.

  • B. Connection

    Platform under actuator can be customized according to requirements., which allows to install electric/pneumatic actuators by different standards.

  • C. Stem Bushing

    The stem bushing acts as a support for the handwheel and drives the stem to rotate through the internal thread to lift the disc. Bronze and steel can be selected by requirements.

  • D. Stem

    Different materials can be selected according to the working conditions. Hardness and corrosion resistance are the primary considerations.

  • E. Yoke

    The yoke is composed of thickened steel plates, which is enough to support the disc, platform, and actuator.

  • F. Packing

    Rubber and nylon packing material can effectively enhance the sealing between the gland and disc. Different materials can be selected according to the medium.

  • G. Body

    The body is one-piece structure with wafer or lug style. Polyester is coated for excellent corrosion resistance. Shorter length greatly reduces production and maintenance costs of the valve. Different materials can be selected according to the working condition.

  • H. Disc

    The polishing and chamfering design of the disc does not damage the seat. Different materials can be selected according to the medium.

  • I. Seat

    O-shaped valve seat is unidirectionally or bidirectionally sealed, and can be replaced in case of damage. Different materials can be selected according to the medium.
